Magnesium Spray

Relax your body with all-natural magnesium spray. I was recommended to make this by a close friend who is obsessed with magnesium.

Made with 1:1 magnesium chloride flakes and fluoride-filtered water in a 4oz amber glass spray bottle.

Directions for use:

1. Use 1-3 sprays for tense muscles or isolated cramps along body. You can spray directly onto your body or into your hands first to then rub affected areas.
2. It's common for some people may experience tingling, irritation, or a mild burning sensation. If this feels uncomfortable, decrease usage or dilute the mixture with more water.
   
3. Rinse off sprayed area(s) with water after 30 minutes (optional).
